Pat Test Southwest must be given access to all electrical equipment to be tested. All computers must be switched off and disconected from any internet or network connection

 The Client may cancel / re-schedule a service by giving 24hours notice. If such notice is not given Pat Test Southwest reserve the right charge the minimum fee. 

 Payment is due within 30 days of the completion of the work, either by cheque, cash or BACS. 

 In case of complaint we require to be notified within 24 hours after completion of the work. No claims will be entertained after this time.
